International storytelling project - First phase
Y5 Pupils from two Cornish primary schools; Fowey School and Trevithick School, Camborne exchange stories via video conferencing.
Supported by storytellers, Will Coleman and Gill Greenacre they tell stories rooted in their own locality. Fowey from the comfort of their own class-room, Trevithick in the wonderful 'Learning Space' in Camborne
Each school use tableaux and improvised narration to share their tale
Characters from each story were interviewed through 'hotseating' to discover more back-story.
Stories were taken away, storyboarded, transformed and brand new versions given back at a second internet encounter!
